General Terms of Sale
1. No Horse is considered SOLD until Deposit is Received.
2. Prices and Availability subject to change without notice.
3. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
4. All Horses are Sold "AS IS" unless otherwise stated in written contract.
5. Short-term payments may be available, with a signed contract!
6. Board is $50.00/month for horses held more than 30 days.
7. All farrier and vet costs are the responsibility of the new owner.
8. Seller provides Coggins and Health Papers (when required) for horses sold in the USA for more than $1000.00 if under buyer pays for these papers.
9. All horses will be current on worming any additional shots required or requested by the buyer will gladly be given at the buyers expense.
10. Discounts may be available on multiple purchases.
11. Buyers are responsible for transportation of any horse they purchase.
